Shipping Information
We ship all QBell orders using a tracked, priority service. As soon as we dispatch your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with a delivery estimate, and a link to track your delivery.
Shipping Times
We ship from the UK, so orders to the UK usually take around 2-3 days to arrive from the date we dispatch. For international orders, the delivery time is usually around 7 days from the day we ship your order. Please note, though, that due to being customised, QBell codes are made on-demand, so there is a delay before we are able to ship deliveries.
Customs & Import Taxes
We try to ensure that all shipments will not incur import taxes on inspection with Customs - although we're unable to guarantee that no import taxes will be applied.

How it works
- When your QBell arrives, download the QBell app to activate your code and pair it to your QBell account.
- Remove the backing from your QBell unit, and stick it to any door, desk, or gate where it is most useful to your visitors.
- To contact you, visitors scan your code using a smartphone - they don't need an app to use QBell.
Customise your QBell
You can customise your QBell with your own message in any language. This is great for displaying a business name, house number, or instructions for delivery drivers.
To customise your QBell, add your custom text when you add your order to the cart.
Please note that customisation takes time, as bespoke QBell designs are made on-demand. There will be a delay between your order and the date of dispatch, but we'll work as fast as possible!
